Project Name: Chosewood Park Unity Bridge & Entrance: Phase III

Project Overview: We are looking for design/build contractors to help expand and revitalize the green spaces within Chosewood Park, including new walking paths, entrance, pedestrian bridge installation, and sustainable landscaping.

Is there any fixed budget?

Yes! Chosewood Park CDC was awarded the INODIC Grant from OPB to fund the UB&E-Phase III Project. Therefore the Fixed Maximum Contracted budget for this RFP shall not exceed $997,677.50 in total Eligible Contractor Expenses.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom, and is open to all Prospecting Bidders. Chosewood Park CDC Inc. strongly recommends that interested Contractors attend this informational meeting. This will be the primary means to request and receive clarifying information about the process, site, or any other ancillary issues or questions your Company may have, outside of the Q&A Board. This may be the only opportunity to ask questions and receive immediate, real-time answers regarding the RFP.

Post-Conference, the Webinar Materials have be posted under the Important Documents section of this RFP Opportunity.

The Development Site Visit will follow the Pre-Proposal Conference. If determined by CP-CDC to be necessary or beneficial to Prospecting Bidders, a second site visit may be scheduled. Contractors may request other team members to walk the site if the Bidder’s Company Authorized Project Liaison is unable to attend.

CP-CDC reserves the right to determine if a second site visit is needed and will provide the date and Time through issuance of an addendum. No addition Development Site Visit has been scheduled at this time.
